GDPR Article 27: Fueling Fleets is a non-EU company. An EU/UK representative will be appointed upon expansion to serve EU/UK customers. Contact details will be provided on this page once appointed.

What we collect

When you submit a request through our site, we collect:

• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Fleet size, vehicle type, fuel type (if provided)
• Technical data: source page, UTM parameters, submission timestamp

Why we collect it

We currently collect this information to:

• Respond to your request about fuel card and road toll options
• Understand demand for our service as we build out our provider network

We do not currently share your details with third-party providers.

We are in the process of establishing partnerships with fuel card and toll providers. Once we do, we will update this policy before sharing any data, and your consent will be requested again for that specific purpose.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent checkbox on our request form.

Where your data is stored

Your submitted data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, depending on your region), accessed only by Workalisation Limited staff. Google acts as our data processor for this storage.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for 36 months from your submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK: the ICO, ico.org.uk)
